Central States Journal Store Return Policy
The Central States Journal Store takes great care in packaging and shipping all journal orders. Due to the limited availability of many of our publications, returns are accepted only if a journal arrives damaged, torn, or otherwise unreadable as a result of shipping or handling.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order information along with photographs showing the damage. If the damage is verified, we will replace the journal at no additional cost, subject to availability.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, duplicate purchases, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear after delivery.
